Vegetarian fried rice

Ingredients :

Carrots, spring onions, shallots, garlic, bell pepper, mushrooms, tomato’s, eggplant, soysauce, ketjap sauce, salt, pepper, butter

Preperation :

Start by chopping up all the vegetables. Heat up some butter in a frying pan, start with throwing in the carrots. ¬†Next add the bell pepper, eggplant and tomato’s. Next up add the garlic and shallots. Add mushrooms, the chilli pepper, soy sauce and ketjap marinade. Add the precooked rice and give it a good stirr. Heat it all up for a few minutes and it’s ready to serve. Enjoy your meal.
